Usually not. Most propane stoves and heaters already come with a regulator. It's either high or low pressure, and it's built into the gas line or the flow control knob.

We know of only one manufacturer who suggests adding a filter. They sell their own filter for it.

Not sure what you need? Check with your heater's manufacturer for their recommendation. If you use our 2-in-1 heater/stove, you don't need anything extra!
