Here at Ignik we want you to feel good about your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason and your product is in new or lightly used condition, you can return it to us for a refund,(upon inspection) within 90 days of receiving your product. If you return a product because you don’t want it anymore, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For anything outside of this timeframe or for performance issues, refer to our warranty policy. 

To process a return with us, you’ll need to have bought the product through us and have a receipt, order number or email address we can use to track down your purchase information.

Note: *The return policy does not apply to Gas Growlers and Pounder bottles as any propane container returns must be in brand new condition. This is because any potential propane in a tank poses as a shipping hazard.*
