Our warranty policy is, “At Ignik, we stand by our products and their quality. If it doesn’t work, we’ll make it right.” But what exactly does this mean?


Our goal is to serve our people, and this means offering a lifetime warranty for our products. This warranty does not include misuse or modifications to our products. No matter where you purchased a product, we will follow these steps to make things right for you:

  1. Give expert advice, part replacements, or whatever is needed to help you get your current product working. We strive to reduce waste and want to prevent contributing to unnecessary consumer waste.
  2. Exchange for a new product. Sometimes a product cannot be fixed and we can help exchange that product for an equivalent product.
  3. Provide a store merchandise credit for the amount paid for the product or its lowest market discount rate.
