What is the Ignik Performance Promise?
At Ignik, we are committed to keeping you and your loved ones warm and comfortable wherever your adventures take you. We stand behind our products and their quality. If you have an issue with an Ignik product, you have our promise that we will make it right for you.
What does "Making it Right" Mean?
Our warranty policy is, “At Ignik, we stand by our products and their quality. If it doesn’t work, we’ll make it right.” But what exactly does this mean?
Our goal is to serve our people, and this means offering a warranty for our products. This warranty does not include misuse, wear and tear, or modifications to our products. We will follow these steps to make things right for you:
- Give expert advice, part replacements, or whatever is needed to help you get your current product working. We strive to reduce waste and want to prevent contributing to unnecessary consumer waste.
- Exchange for a new product. Sometimes a product cannot be fixed and we can help exchange that product for an equivalent product.
- Provide a store merchandise credit for the amount paid with a receipt for the product or its lowest market discount rate.
